We understand that life happens, and unforeseen changes to your schedule may require rescheduling your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible to avoid incurring fees as outlined below.

In the event of a cancellation, failure to reschedule, or a no-show, we reserve the right to retain full or partial payment to cover costs associated with your booking.

Cancellation Details:

1. 15 Days Before Appointment:

   • Canceling without rescheduling will incur a $500 cancellation fee.

   • For custom collections or packages, the cancellation fee is $750.

2. 8–14 Days Before Appointment:

   • A cancellation without rescheduling will result in a 50% non-refundable fee of the total booking cost.

3. 7 Days or Less Before Appointment:

   • Canceling without rescheduling will result in complete payment being non-refundable.

4. 48 Hours or Less Before Appointment:

   • All payments are fully non-refundable, and rescheduling may not be available.

We value your time and ours, and these policies are in place to ensure fairness and to cover expenses already incurred in preparation for your session.
